Should I get out of bed or no ?
I just struggle paying close to $200 for a 10 year whiskey. Just seems insane
I am talking about Barrell craft spirits initially but then also talking about cask strength in general. I absolutely love Barrell craft spirits but Elijah Craig, Jack Daniels, makers mark, etc make so many amazing high proof bottles I haven't found many bottles over $100 that seem worth it
I'm just saying westward cask strength and Barrell single barrel barrel proof are two of my favorites and both are right around $100 I personally didn't care for the michters I had and can't imagine spending $200 on a bottle
Pve is absolutely over priced. Most buffalo trace "rare bottles" are overpriced.i don't remember 1792 12 yr or four roses sib bs being $200 dollars
I would agree with the regular that I have had. It's a perfectly fine whiskey but nothing special to me
Yeah people day Scotch is expensive but I can get alot of really desirable bottles for less than $200 and not have to wait in line for them. Also Barrell has a ton of great offerings I can find on shelves as well as redwood empire and westward. I prefer all of them over michters. Haven't had the 10 year but at that price it's a no from me

Yeah that makes sense. $200 is alot. So many good cask strength bottles under $120 or even $100
