Upgraded Genesis v2100 vs a stock Moab (gen 1 or 2)?

I'm thinking about trading around ~$160 worth of stuff I don't use anymore for one of these two bikes.

From what I'm told the Genesis has upgraded Rockshox and a Fox shock in the back where as the Moab is gen 1 or 2 (the owner isn't sure) and according to him it has "no disk brakes or anything".

I know nothing about bikes so I could really use some help. Are either of these even worth $160 worth of stuff? If so, which is the better deal?

Update: Another option is to trade the $160 of stuff and another $100-150 worth of stuff or cash for a Specialized Rockhopper.
