Had my first Dr appt since getting the wheelchair. Unfortunately there are steps at both the front and back doors of my house. Had a transport company come to take me. Turned into a whole big ass thing. The transport driver was some 60 yr old retired lady, my parents both retired in their 80s, and my brother who's fit but 60. So really no one with any strength to assist. It was our first time trying this and given my limits and theirs it turned into a hot mess. Anyone have pointers or videos to make this easier. It's like 3 steps and I'm only in the chair for the next couple months so any crazy remodeling is kinda out even if the condo association would allow it.
Injuries edit: Shattered both knees and an ankle in a car accident. Non weight bearing till probably mid March. Wheelchair is just a basic one I got on Amazon for like $200. Nothing special about it aside from leg extensions
