I purchased this at an estate sale. It had a $1 sticker on it, but I got it with a room full of stuff for $5 (not bad). A copy sold for $325 in 2016, but it didn't have any provenance. I know this was sent from Frank Park (U.S. Representative from GA who had a WW2 ship named after him) to the Hon. John W. Callahan (steamboat company owner). The estate was his granddaughter's. The men both passed away in the 20s, so I know it was sent before then. How much would the provenance increase the value? Thanks!
