So an old guy I was friendly with, who was kind of a hoarder, in my apartment building passed away and when the property management was clearing his unit out I had the opportunity to save a few things from the dumpster. Most of it is sentimental stuff that I'm not interested in selling however I am curious about this old typewriter. The serial # is confusing as I can't seem to find anything online referring to this particular sn and I've spent a decent amount of time looking. My fiance, being a genius, suggested I ask reddit so here ya go - fingers crossed as even if its not super valuable I sure would like to know for certain! The serial number is 485|093-11 thanks!!!!!
