I usually find fossils of like shells or I'll find a lot of lava rock. I find information about the things I find and think it's definitely "this". But then I'll find something completely different that looks the same and then I really can't say which it is.
But this thing, I can't find any single thing like it online.
I thought it was a petrified walnut lol. It was perfectly round before I cut it. It has a pattern on the outside that looks like brains with all the squiggles. Inside it's green and has a bunch of glittery specs.
When I cut it, I first tried using a router and it seemed to MELT where I was cutting into it. So I used something else (a meat tenderiser 😅) And it split in n half and that's when I saw that the center was special.
I wish I could figure out what it really is and about how old it might be.
