Anyone know what this Puck of Iron might be all about?

Hello there. I found this Puck of Iron in a quarry area near NW WA and Canada Border region. I have only seen something like it once before when in Mt. Rainier area where I saw a cubby hole in side of rock face. I cleared dirt out and something similar to this was left embedded in rock at the end of cubby hole. Never got it out but 3 months later find this heavy round Puck like piece under a boulder like rock in quary area.

Any thoughts on what this is. Is is highly dense and has a bored hole that goes inside?
