What are the red and green minerals? Found north of LA in the Cascade Canyon area

Found in a little stream at least 1000 feet up. I want to say the red is cinnabar but am not sure. As for the green I want to say actinolite but also not really sure.
It’s hard to see in the photos but in certain areas there are powdery splotches of red and then the green seems to be harder and more part of the rock.
