Found a weird spider

Hey! Sorry there's no pic, I couldn't get a good one, since it almost blended in with the floor it was on, and it was kinda small, probably about 2-3cm long. It's body was white, and the tips of its legs were red. It also had white mandibles with little red balls at the ends. I saw this in my airbnb in oakland, CA. Just want to know if it could be poisonous or if there could be more around? I tried to look it up using the description on google images but nothing showed up that looked exactly like what I saw.
