What bugs are these and how do I get rid of them?

I have a new build house and I keep finding these all over. In the hallways (middle of the house), by the sliding glass door, on the kitchen countertop and in the bathtub. How do I get rid of them and what are they?! I have used the raid ant and roach spray and it stopped them in some locations but not all. Thanks!
