Found this spider chilling in my apt

Hi everybody
I found this spider in my apartment (Southern Europe) and thought it was a common house spider (tegenaria domestica). However, upon closer inspection, i see it doesn't have the chevron pattern in its abdomen characteristic of this species. Are there individuals with different abdomen patterns? Or is just not a tegenaria domestica?
Its body length (not counting legs) is about 1 cm.
