there are hundreds of these near every window in the basement, need help identifying asap

i don’t know if the big ones and small ones are the same species. they’re really stupid, as they mainly are on their backs moving their legs unable to make themselves right side up. there are so many of them. bug identification app i downloaded said they are either weevils or bed bugs, and i am scared. please help
