I'm trying to describe someone charging into someone, full head-down, shoulder-first charge and slamming the target off their feet and into a wall. I've got to believe there's a shorter way to say that, if not a single word.
Words I thought might be right: "body check" from hockey, but that means something milder, not exclusively slamming someone into the boards. "Clobber" gets across the single hard hit aspect, but not the whole-body part. "Pummel" usually implies a series of hits rather than one hard hit.
