WTE for an employee/superior relationship that socially treat each other as close friends but professionally still acknowledge one is the superior to the other?

Post Body

Like, if there was an employee who was good friends with their boss outside of work, and socially they would treat each other as friends in the work place, like joking about each other or throwing each other quips that would be inappropriate if they werenโ€™t on that level. But they still acknowledge that one is superior to the other and maintain that professionalism when it comes to the work itself.

Is there a word for what that sort of relationship is?
