This is driving me nuts. This movie is about a couple who don’t like each other, or at least the man doesn’t like the woman. She is very perky and bubbly and he is a sourpuss or depressed or something. For some reason they just got married and the movie might be their honeymoon road trip.

At some point early in the movie the wife dies. I don’t remember how. The husband freaks out and runs off and when he returns she is up and walking around like nothing happened.

Their trip continues and she starts to decompose. He also starts to fall for her.

At some point they are at an outdoor party, maybe a southern one? Because the wife is wearing a cowgirl outfit and gloves to cover her hands which are falling apart.

I think maybe she dies in the end, I don’t remember.

For some reason I imagine Dave Franco and Anna Friel in the roles. Neither were in the movie but maybe the actors looked a bit like them?
