Killer Giant Dog Movie?

I have a vivid memory from childhood (early 2000s) and watching a movie about a dog that eats some kind of mutant tomatoes(?) and then grows to be 20 feet tall and terrorizes its family. I feel like the dog was a black and white border collie.
I know for certain it wasn’t Cujo, Clifford, or Devil Dog and I remember it being semi-scary (at least in a five-year-olds mind).
I’m sure this had to be a TV movie, so I know my odds of finding it are slim, but does this ring a bell for anyone?
