So this may or may now be a lot to go on, but from what I recall of the movie goes like this
Setting is dystopian, and the Main character is either a red head or a fairly light-brown haired young man.

Everyone in the movie has some sort of psychic power, including the MC, his power I believe, is pyro kinesis. and he has to essentially contend with a cadre of other psychic humans to reach a being called 'Mother'

This being is essentially a super computer stylized as the torso of a large nude metallic woman (I say nude, because they gave her metallic breasts with clearly defined nipples) her 'hair' being the tubing that connects her to the wall. After reaching her, MC proceeds to try to destroy her.

Iirc correctly, this was both a 'movie' and a game like how they did with Shenmue
