I can't remember the name of a dystopian book.

I believe it had a book cover that resembled fire It was about two sides, East and West, fighting. In the middle was a large land area named No Man's land. It was futuristic dystopian. I vaguely remember it following two people who hijack a jet from the military and go to No Man's Land, expecting it to be a war zone, but find it completely void of warfare and very peaceful and completely abandoned. Any help would be appreciated. It also might of have the word "war" in it.
