I believe this book came out around 2012/13ish.

It starts off with a woman on a boat for a work function. Shes being really snarky about a co-workers makeup (specifically that her coworker had on highlighter that made her look really cheap because they were in the sun). she has a good high paying job, something to do with one of those 90s bubble industry and it popped and her and her husband (I think named Fletch) became extremely poor. like sold their car, downgraded their life immensely. at one point they had no health insurance and her husband was struggling as they had no way to afford his depression medication. she’s super snarky but in a palatable way. she ends up writing this book and that’s how they got back on their feet. please help, i’d love to re-read it. it was sooooooo funny.
