About a different perspective

I dunno if it was a series or just one book but it was written from the perspective of a wicked stepsister, or the sister to a classic princess. I just remember it being different perspective from a classic sorry/fairytale.
It was probably 15 ish years ago? I seem to remember a cover with just a woman on it. It was almost princess like, I think you could only see her body, not her face or head.
I know this is so vague. I can't think of any other details.
