(SOLVED)The book is set on our moon, which has been made into a prison colony. The main character is an engineer responsible for maintaining an Ai that manages the colony. The main character also talks strangely, speaking in broken english most of the time (despite english being his first language). He is friends with the Ai, an old man who used to work for nasa (i think) and a woman recently sent to the colony as the warden's new secretary. Tensions between earth and the lunar colony rise, and a revolt breaks out. Thats all I can remember, I read the book many years ago. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
