How to turn off/delete Meta AI from whatsapp?

I contacted customer support and they told me go check the FAQ that they can't help at this time (their direct quote is pasted below, it's in spanish)

I know every link on the internet says go to settings>chat>disable meta IA but that option doesn't exist in my application, so how do I disable meta AI?
