How to Change Devices without having Access to the old Device?

Hi! I broke my old Phone so badly it cannot be used anymore at all. Now WhatsApp wants me to Insert the Code sended to my old Device, wich i cannot Access at all. How do i fix this? Sadly it's mandatory for me to have WhatsApp and some informations on WhatsApp Safed in the Backup.
I Don't have the Money to Just buy a new Sim atm
