vibrating saddle? Found in the garage while clearing it out. Left from previous owners that lived here about 50 years. It is made out of vinyl. It has handles on both end. Seems to be old as the plug and switch seem like it wouldn't be from something new. When tuned on, it just vibrates. No marking
