Reddit, I work at a gambling store and I found this behind one of the "gambling machines". Anyone knows what this is?

As the title say, I don't have a clue what this thing is:

I'm wondering if it's supposed to be there or not. I checked all 6 gambling machines and only this one has this thing connected to it.

Thank you. Don't really know what to do in this situation.
P.S. I know you guys love multiple shots of the object, so I took 2 more pics of the antenna thinghy.
Also, It may seem like a wi-fi antenna, but I don't have Wi-Fi in the store.
