What are these docile flies?

These guys started showing up, they hang by windows or near my blinds and shades, don’t really fly away when approached.
We have an outdoor stray cat that we’ve been treating for a botfly infection but she remains outdoors and any time we touch her we wash our hands and typically toss our clothes in the wash, my fear is maybe these flies are a result from her? (Also wow that photo is making my moulding look disgusting)
