Hi everyone.

I'm from UK, its currently winter here and from about a month or two ago I've been seeing these tiny worms.

when I touch them with paper towel they will stain it brown no matter how lightly I touch them, seems like dust or small hairs.

I'm mainly seeing them on ceilings in the dark corner of my room, bathroom with no windows, and whenever I dispose of them, some new one will just randomly spawn few days later.

They're an absolute nightmare sticking out like a sore thumb on the white walls and a pain to remove since my ceilings are tall and I need to climb onto something to get to them. them

Any clue what they are? How to get rid of them? Where do they come from?
