I don't remeber the name of the movie but i know the context it was either French / Italian erotic movie, the old man is a taxi driver who had affairs with young women after the death of his wife but his wife was aware of his affairs even when she was alive. One day he took his son-in-law to an escort, the son-in-law starts to have an affair with her , he also gift that girl a green dress which he bought for his wife , after some time the women he had affair with (the son-in-law) gets pregrant and in order to save the life of his marriage, the father-in-law took the responsibilty and they all lives together in the end.
