I watched it years ago, I only saw the beginning and left already since I had to attend university.

The guy was supposed to be in an important event but then gets a call from his buddy to have a few shots before said event. The guy then wakes up in a plane from a hangover (I think he was drugged as well) heading to a place, I couldn't remember the name of the place but it was part of the movie title, I think the name sounded Mexican and started with a "T" or it had a "T" in its name. The confused guy then is chased by authorities (not sure) and then meets a girl who saves her and explains what he did while he was drunk.

Edit - the film is comedic, and the movie was made post-2016 based on the quality.
