So my ex and I broke up months ago and she recently used my bank details to pay for an Uber ride. How she did this I don’t know, except that she had my card details stored somewhere on her phone. I managed to get in contact with her and she is refusing to say she did it even though Uber confirmed the charge came from her account, they specifically gave me her name. She is refusing to pay it back even after I showed her the email from Uber saying the charge was on her account. She won’t answer texts, phone calls or emails. I have contacted my bank to cancel said card but what else can I do to get her to pay me back?
