Should I Stay or Should I Go??

I’ve been in this office job for a year now. I have a Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 schedule. I have health insurance but my pay is low. I work a seasonal job part time in the summer and that boss just offered me quite a bit of money to go work for them this summer….full time.
My question is, do I leave this year round job to go work this summer job where I know I can make A LOT of money but I lose my health insurance and come winter I need to find another job???
