I 34 m was very casually involved with a woman in my early 20s who was far more ready for something far more serious than I at the time. She was also about 10 years older than me and what I felt far more out of my league at the time due to years of bullying. She made advances on me that I was not expecting or prepared for and I freaked out and ghosted her. Fast forward nearly 14 years; and I am unhappily married and having second thoughts about what I ran away from. I still have means of contacting her and think of doing so frequently. Has anyone experienced something similar and have any insight on how to proceed?
