Okay, less of a friend, and more a dude who has taken care of me as if i were his own kid since 2006. He's been in the hospital since NYE jaundiced and trying like hell just to eat. If he had called an ambulance even an hour or two later, he would be gone right now. His cancer has spread to lungs (string-bean tumors) and liver (9cm tumor) is also trying to recover from double-lung pneumonia.
I know the prognosis isnt good. I know visiting is ideal. But everyone around me has whatever illness has been going around and I'm not willing to get him more sick than he is now, though he did call and ask me to bring doritos and grape soda a few days ago (i obliged). He isnt really answering his phone right now, and isnt able to speak well, so phone calls dont really work as an option to connect with him in what i can only assume are his final days.
What do i do???
