New Subaru Outback vs Forester?

Can't decide on a new Forester or Outback. We've test drove both and still can't decide. So which would fit our lifestyle better.
-we like camping
-one toddler in a car seat and planning on having another within the next 1.5 years. Space and safety are super important
-we live in Socal so lots of traffic
-occaaaiomal long road trip twice a year.
