Selling 2020 4Runner for a better daily. What should I get?

I’m selling my current 2020 TRD Pro for something that gets better MPG and isn’t $500 a month for a car note.
I am looking for something that can handle the snow, has decent room, and gets 20 mpg and IS RELIABLE! Under 40k preferably. I have 15k to put towards it.
I was thinking of either a Subaru Outback Onyx XT or a Honda Ridgeline Sport. Both are under 40k and AWD.
Also looked at used Volvo V60.
Any other ideas? I’d prefer new as they come with a warranty.
