Mazda CX-30 or Honda CR-V?

They are similarly priced for the models I like. Specifically, I want an SUV with a sun/moonroof.
I live in a city and will have to park on the street sometimes which makes me want to get the cx-30 because it’s smaller (easier to park). But I know Honda is more reliable and probably has a better resale value, not to mention reviews for the 2020 cr-v are great.
