On the hunt for a car for under 10000 in the us

I have a 2014 Hyundai elantra with 60 miles and I have been on the hunt for a vehicle. I am on the fence what to get. I am look to trade my vehicle and use that as either the payoff or maybe a downpayment. I am looking at a bit of everything. I have been looking at getting either 4runner, or a crown Victoria. But I am open for ideas.
