Considering a 2013 soul base model.

The positive. Appears all maintenance done at dealership. Only has 65,000 miles. New rear shocks. Interior clean. Still has open recall on steering wheel part, warranty will cover.
The bad: 2 minor accidents, no airbags deployed. Antenna needs replacing, needs plastic door piece. They are asking $6,250. Willing to take $6,500 walk out the door including TTL and all fees. Candy apple red. Thoughts?
