I am looking cheap V4 pickup for hauling things and came across this ranger for 3200$ in SC area (description below) what do yall think?

"2002 Ford Ranger. Clean truck. Full tune up recently done. Brand new tires less than 50 miles on them. New chrome wheels. Truck has 104k miles. Engine out of a 2005 with less miles. Clean title to truck and also has title to motor. Runs great for a 23 year old truck. Heat and Air work GREAT. Fuel guage and temp guage not working. Great truck just need something bigger. No trades. Cash only. "
