Are 2009 Toyota's still good?

I heard mid late 2000's toyotas were the best cars of all time.
With that in mind I found a 2008 Toyota Camry eoth only 90k mileage for $3k. I feel like anything under triple digit mileage is a steal for my price range.
But when I look up reviews people say 2008 is the worse year. should I buy
