Need a little bit of help ASAP

My parents want to buy me and my siblings a car to travel back and forth from college. We live in the UAE. The car doesn't need to be too big. Anything will do, as long as its below 75000 AED.
My parents are going to overspend because they genuinely don't know much about cars, so I would love some genuine recommendations. They are also insisting its new, because we are not very good at selecting secondhand cars.
Any recommendations would help me and my family a lot. Thank you
