‘96 DeVille with 120k miles?

Thinking about getting this deville that’s going for 2k close to me, owner says everything has been great it’s whole life except for the a/c not really cooling anymore but that might just be free-on.
I know they have head gasket issues, can anyone provide info on that and other issues? Mainly want the car to use it as a daily for a few years.
