Would you feel comfortable with this price for a 2017? Are the low miles for the age concerning?

I hear great things about the V6 Accord and I'm in the market for a commuter vehicle, mostly hwy. This is at the top end of my budget for a used vehicle but willing to spend more for a new - probably the LX or Sport trims would be my budget for new.
