Post Body

I made a crap ton of posts in this subreddit already. I was considering a hell of a lot of different cars.

But this weekend, I actually contacted dealers. I am trying to decide between these two cars:

  • 2024 Honda civic EX 30K out of the door. (Not sure when the car will actually arrive on the lot. The sales guy wanted me to give him my phone number before he would share the delivery date. I am not in a hurry so I can wait till the car arrives on the lot).
  • 2023 Mazda 3 2.5 s preferred Sedan. 29.2K out of the door.

Mazda has those fake leather seats which I prefer over the cloth seats of Honda. Honda has an actual touchscreen albeit it's an inch smaller than Mazda's. Mazda also has 11 more HP than Honda.

  1. I have considered buying used cars too But the prices are insane.
  2. Didn't consider Toyota because I was not able to find a dealer that sells at MSRP near me. Also most of them don't have a Corolla XSE.
  3. Volkswagen Jetta SEL, Hyundai elantra N line etc. everyone is suggesting me not to buy them because of reliability issues.
