Hey all so I'm currently in the market for a car to replace my 2014 scion frs. But I'm having a bit of a problem with the current sports car market.
See I was originally looking at a few things, the new type r, the new nissan z, and the gr corolla. Now I've found a price on all three cars and I'm sure you can figure out my problem from that statement. Every. Single. One. Has this dealership greed fee attached that they call "market adjustment". And not a single "adjustment" is under 10k.
Please explain to me how it's legal for them to do this... the dealers do nothing but get in the way of the purchase and I'm expected to pay more than the cars value? On top of that, my bank, frankly none of the 4 banks I've talked to, will finance a car with that fee attached as it's not a real fee that they're supposed to charge.
This makes me infuriated as I've worked very hard to have the chance to afford one of these 3 cars and now I can't because of the fucking dealer? Please tell me what my options are cause this seems a little ridiculous.
