Are we starting to see Westworld play out in real life? I just spent the past few days watching the E3 conferences and they were absolutely epic and I can not wait to play some of these games! As I was watching some of the new games such as Assassin's Creed and other games with options for dialogue that affect the story I started to think about the NPC's as hosts. If in the future one could imagine that NPC's would start storing and then reviewing your choices which could lead to assessing your character and personality to sell you more products. I was watching Streamers play Detroit: Becoming Human on Twitch recently and you can start to tell a lot about the person's attitude, emotions, or character by the choices they make. It makes one wonder how this will progress as you start adding Machine learning to NPC's and they affect the worlds they are inhabiting and you have 100's of dialogue options. Will our choices in video games like our facebook information become some of the most valuable advertiser data out there?
