As per title, sorry Mod if this is not the place to ask…
My mom is coming to yyc to visit. We won’t be with her so would like to get some assistance from Westjet. She can’t speak/understand English. And she has no idea where to go.
On air canada, I could go through the booking and select wheelchair/assistance services easily. But I can’t find it for the life of me on Westjet’s… do I have to call them or only do it at the airport?? Maybe I’m crossed eyes and missing it somehow?? I’ve checked their accessibility page and it’s not very clear whether I’m able to do it myself w/o going through their people.
Appreciate any and all helpful tips on this!!!
