My father had a heart attack this week. He is recovering and will be returning home soon. Christmas is his favorite holiday. I had not planned to travel back home (Ontario) this year for the holidays, but I haven't been there for Christmas Day in the 10 years that I have lived here. Since we haven't budgeted for this, we are trying our hardest to be smart and save money where we can. Are there any tips or tricks for booking flights across Canada? Any days in particular I should be looking to make my booking, or days that I should try to plan to fly?
We do not have any discounts or loyalty points or anything.
Thank you in advance!
