Hired As Restaurant Manager.

Hello all, I have just been hired as restaurant manager after coming from a long background of general management/store management. Anything I should be on the lookout for? What do I expect? I was informed by the DM I hire employees as well as interview and run building operations basically and that Iām going to become a General Manager within a year from hirement date. Excited to begin and wondering how things will play out.
