I've known them about 8-9 months, we've never met irl, and we talk mainly on Discord, and rarely on VRChat. All 3 of us are guys, and in our 20s.

I just don't know how he really feels, and it's fruitless to just ask him questions because he has a habit of just ignoring people. Before I realized he was dating this other guy, we were ERPing, and after they both found out about my crush (and the bf found out about the ERPing), he said he didn't know it was an exclusive relationship, but he initiated and continued ERP'ing with me, so he was knowingly cheating on his bf. Not long ago, he also admitted to me that he had (past/present?) a crush on me too, and joked about us exchanging photos. He even talked about buying me an expensive ($60) game as a gift. All three of these things the last time we hanged out in VRC, which has only happened twice (privately)!

It obviously hurts to get treated this way, and I just don't know what to do. I love him.
